The Lymph System

Pre-requisites: Massage II

Lymphatic drainage massage accelerates the flow of lymph, helping to rid the body of toxins and waste materials. Lymphatic drainage massage promotes balance of the body’s internal chemistry, purifies and regenerates tissues, helps to normalise the functions of organs and promotes the function of the immune system. Lymphatic drainage is used to help athletes recover quicker from their training.
