The Ingham Method

Pre-requisites: None

Reflexology deals with the principle of reflexes in the hands, ears and feet, relative to each and every organ of the body. Stimulating these reflexes properly can help many health problems in a natural way, leading to vitality and balance.

You will be taught how to deal with a variety of disorders applicable to Reflexology. Reflexology courses are personally overseen by Peter Farnsworth ND who has trained with Mr Dwight C Byers, world renowned Reflexologist.

  • Where to work for specific disorders
  • Introduction to systems/common terms
  • Whole foot sequence
